Fairly clean hotel in a very good building next to centre, the last entry point where parking is free, and the garden. Extremely comfy bed, excellent bathroom and a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room. The view from the window to garden. Immensely pleasant staff and beautiful location, perfect for me. Also, in the hills so close to San Sebastian. Simply nothing to complain about, good stay.

Incredibly super calm place after 17:30. The unique setting features lovely orchard views right outside the room.
Breakfast wraps up at 9:30, which feels a bit too early for late risers. The area leading to the hotel hints at an industrial vibe, but the surroundings are tranquil.

The breakfast was very good with a lovely selection of local produce and the vegan milk was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, taking an extra step to recommend local cider halls which enhanced our experience. The beautiful garden view from my room offered a peaceful ambiance .

The hotel was reasonably spacious and clean. the location was amazing, close to a peaceful area and the Loiola train station. the staff was super friendly and resolved any issues. I enjoyed local food for breakfast, including local organic products. My 4-night stay was pleasant.
